Back in 1987, Jim Jacobsmeyer decided to pursue his career as a union concrete carpenter. He gained extensive field experience with a national, St. Louis based firm, J.S. Alberici. This solid background in the industry gave him the ability to open the doors to his first concrete company in 1992.
When Jim’s sons started to show interest in the field of concrete construction, he soon realized he could share his skillset and wisdom along the way of their careers. This is what drove Jim into finding Jacobsmeyer Construction Company. They opened their doors for business in the greater St. Louis area in 2018 and have been helping contractors complete their projects ever since.
